The nearly 6,000-square-foot lot at 350 East Houston Street, located where the thoroughfare splits off into East Second Street near Avenue C, will soon be home to 45 residential units and 4,550 square feet of commercial space, New York Yimby reported.

Zoning allows for 43,000 square feet of residential development on the parcel, as previously reported. Hakimian purchased the property in an off-market deal brokers by HPNY’s Alex Horn in 2012. [New York Yimby]Angela Hunt
