A new six-unit condo at 15 Leonard Street in Tribeca is launching sales today.

Prices at the project, developed by Tribeca Development Partners and Gold Development, start at $6.15 million. Town Residential New Development is heading up sales.

The “quintessentially downtown” building features four full-floor, four-bedroom homes, one townhouse and one triplex penthouse, all with keyed elevator access, according to a statement from the developers. Residents will also access to a private parking garage.

“My identity as an architect is wrapped in my identity as a resident of Tribeca,” Turett said, “so that our designs for this neighborhood inevitably reflect the intimacy and comfort I feel on the streets. Nothing is cookie-cutter, no detail is generic or impersonal.”

Indeed, “there’s no mistaking that this is Tribeca,” said Steve Schnall, a principle at Tribeca Development Partners.

Master suites at the building include 75-square-foot private terraces and apartments feature six-inch wide walnut flooring throughout.
