The three units at a six-story condominium building developed by Omnia Group are expected to go on the market soon.

The mixed-use property at 25 Prince Street between Mott and Elizabeth streets was converted from a four-story walk-up. The apartments, which “Million Dollar Listing New York” star and Douglas Elliman broker Fredrik Eklund is marketing, will feature floor-to-ceiling windows.

The ground floor holds a nearly 600-square-foot retail condominium unit that is currently occupied by men’s clothing shop Gant Rugger. Massey Knakal Realty Services brokers Robert Burton, Hall Oster, Stephanie Mitchell, Matthew Colantonio and Teddy Galligan are marketing the retail condo, listed for $4.9 million.
