Three-story, single-family home in Hunter's Point sold for record price last month
A 3,000-square-foot, three-story townhouse in the Long Island City neighborhood of Hunter’s Point is renting for $8,650 per month.
The single-family property at 21-33 45th Avenue between 21st and 23rd streets sold for $2.2 million last month, setting a record as the second-highest sale for Hunter’s Point. The priciest sale there was at 531 51st Avenue, which changed hands for $3 million last year. The building features a fireplace, garden and exposed brick. A prospective tenant would now pay a record rent for the street, located in a historic district. Miles Chapin of Warburg Realty handled the sale of the building last month.
