WEEKENDEDITION Yet another new high-end residential building is coming to Bed-Stuy. 

Excavation has already started at the site, located at 244 Franklin Avenue near Dekalb Avenue. Plans call for a six-story, 12-unit residential building of 9,750 square feet, according to permits uncovered by Brownstoner.

The developer is the Israel-based firm, Urban View, and the architect of record is Olabanji Awosika. However, the project may have already run into trouble, having received a partial stop work order.
