Bloomberg Philanthropies reportedly signed a lease for 25,000 square feet at Crown Acquisitions and Highgate Holdings’ 650 Madison Avenue, unnamed sources told the New York Post.
The tenant is one of three that signed at the nonprofit foundation since January. The new leases total 100,000 square feet and average $150 per square foot. Roughly 50,000 square feet remain at the 27-story office and retail tower, which Crown and Highgate acquired for $1.3 billion last year, as previously reported. Zeckendorf Development is said to be another new recently signed tenant at the 600,000-square-foot site.
