The building features a yoga room, playroom, shared roof deck, courtyard and a media room.

Dubbed 123 on the Park, the new structure was delayed from being constructed until recently. Chetrit bought the site for $15.6 million in 2007 in a bankruptcy restructuring of Brooklyn Hospital Center, as previously reported. [Brownstoner]Mark Maurer
