Rendering of 123 Parkside Avenue in Brooklyn

Leasing is set to launch soon at a Flatbush hospital-to-rentals conversion developed by Clipper Equity and the Chetrit Group.

Listings have now appeared on the website for the building at 123 Parkside Avenue. Aptsandlofts.com was tapped to market 11 of the total 120 apartments so far, as per the listings. Monthly rent ranges from $2,099 per month for a studio to $3,800 per month for a three-bedroom.

The building features a yoga room, playroom, shared roof deck, courtyard and a media room.

Dubbed 123 on the Park, the new structure was delayed from being constructed until recently. Chetrit bought the site for $15.6 million in 2007 in a bankruptcy restructuring of Brooklyn Hospital Center, as previously reported. [Brownstoner]Mark Maurer
