Clothier Vince has inked a two-floor lease at 500 Fifth Avenue, bringing the 59-story office tower to 96 percent occupancy.

The apparel maker and retailer will hold a 33,000-square-foot spread on the building’s 19th and 20th floors, and has signed on for 10 years, the Wall Street Journal reported. Building owner  L&B Realty Advisors shuffled existing tenants to make way for Vince, Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair, who along with Sean Kearns is an exclusive leasing agent for the building, told the Journal.

Blair declined to disclose financial details of the lease, but asking rents on the floor were $68 per square foot, the Journal reported.
