Actor Sam Worthington, star of James Cameron’s “Avatar,” has been apartment shopping, recently eyeing a pad at the Gunther Building in Soho.

He checked out a 2,400-square-foot, two-bedroom unit at 469-473 Broome Street with an asking rent of $15,500 per month.
