New teaser site advertises June leasing
After sitting vacant for nearly three decades, a Harlem lot will soon see luxury rentals.
Scaffolding is already coming down at 2270 Frederick Douglass Boulevard, a new residential building at the corner of 122nd Street, according to Curbed.
