J. Crew scores renovation permit for Williamsburg site

WEEKENDEDITION J. Crew has scored permits for the renovation of a warehouse space in Williamsburg, making a new Brooklyn outpost for the clothing retailer likely.

Although J.Crew has not yet confirmed the new location at 234 Wythe Avenue, between North 3rd and North 4th streets, the site is set to received an estimated $450,000 in renovations, according to the plan exam application spotted by Buzzbuzzhome.

The red brick site features 6,000 square feet of space and 50 feet of street frontage. J.Crew Originally Eyed 151 Court Street in Cobble Hill for its first Brooklyn outpost, but that deal fell through, according to Buzzbuzzhome. [Buzzbuzzhome] –Christopher Cameron
