Quinlan Development Group filed plans for a nearly 80,000-square-foot rental building in Brooklyn Heights.
The site at 153 Remsen Street will offer 60 units across 75,000 square feet, and roughly 4,575 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The 19-story property, to be designed by architecture firm Perkins Eastman, will rise 185 feet, records show.
Quinlan filed to demolish a two-story building on the site back in February. The developer is also behind 14-story condominium in Soho at 180 Sixth Avenue, for which it obtained air rights last year for $4 million. [NY Yimby] — Mark Maurer
