CBRE brokers Mary Ann Tighe and Gregory Tosko earned top honors last night at the Real Estate Board of New York’s annual “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” awards.

The duo was recognized with the first-place Henry Hart Rice Award for brokering the Coach’s lease for 740,000 square feet at a Hudson Yards tower. The win marked Tighe’s seventh Ingenious Deal award and Tosko’s sixth.

Cushman & Wakefield broker David Greene received the second-place Robert T. Lawrence Award for handling SL Green Realty and Jeff Sutton’s deal for the long-term leasehold of the retail portion of 650 Fifth Avenue.

Third place went to TenantWise’s Caroline McLain and M. Myers Mermel, who brokered the air-rights sale at 520 Park Avenue from Christ Church to the Zeckendorfs, according to a release.

Last year, Barry Gosin, Brian Waterman and Romel Canete of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank won first place for their role in representing Morgan Stanley in a 1.2 million square-foot office lease at One New York Plaza. — Mark Maurer
