Bushburg Properties has revealed renderings for a 69,000-square-foot mixed-use building in Gowanus.

The 12-story property at 635 Fourth Avenue, between 18th and 19th streets, will hold 91 apartments, nearly 3,000 square feet in commercial space, and 1,400 square feet of community facility space. The initial plan exam application was disapproved last week, New York Yimby reported.
