Sales at 52-54 Lispenard Street in Tribeca will likely launch this summer. Prices for the seven available units in the seven-story building range from $3.25 million to $13 million.
Developer Murat Bugdaycay has turned the two 19th-century buildings at 52-54 Lispenard into a seven-story property, which is expected to be inhabitable by the end of the year.
The units range from 2,500 to 4,700 square feet. Some are full floor lofts, while others are townhouse-style units. The building also includes a duplex penthouse.
Many of the original cast iron details of the facades of the buildings, located in the Tribeca East Historic District, have been restored and recreated. A three-story addition has been built as well, to replace floors that were lost in a fire. [Curbed] – Claire Moses
