The project, which is located at 30-25 21st Street, has 22 units, ranging in price from $359,000 for studios, up to $975,000 for four-bedrooms, according to Curbed. Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects Studio handled design and, so far, little else is known about the project.

According to the building’s listings, the apartments feature beamed ceilings, central AC, hardwood flooring, and washer-dryer hookups – not to mention quite a few private balconies. Corcoran Group is handling marketing. [Curbed] Christopher Cameron
