Italian billionaire Pier Luigi Loro Piana, who netted $2.6 billion when he sold an 80 percent stake in his eponymous fashion line to LVMH last year, bought an $11.3 million co-op in Carnegie Hill.
Located in the 25-story tower at 980 Fifth Avenue, the three-bedroom home boasts a 100-square-foot dressing room, Central Park views and a library.
