Corcoran Group Marketing is taking the marketing reins at Elad Group’s 22 Central Park South, where a $24.9 million penthouse remains up for grabs.

The property consists of six full-floor homes and one duplex penthouse, which boasts three bedrooms and three terraces that total 909 square feet. Every unit is outfitted with walnut herringbone wood flooring and has Central Park views, a full-wall, custom-built bookcase and a decorative fireplace.

Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing’s Lisa Lippman was previously leading sales at the building, which launched sales in October. [BuzzBuzzHome]Julie Strickland

Let’s face it, this is Corcoran’s house. They take what they want and leave everything else to Elliman. BHS, Stribling, et al, they are all dying off as their principals die off.
