New renderings available for Tribeca development

A sneak peak at 290 West Street is now available, according to NY Yimby.

The look of the VE Equities building, designed by Adjmi & Andreoli, has been changed since the last time its design was revealed, when it had two more floors than in the current designs. The building will be nine floors tall and house 13 condominiums. In total, the development will measure 36,927 square feet. Each residence will average more than 2,500 square feet. VE Equities and Adjmi & Andreoli recently cooperated at 11 North Moore, a few blocks from 290 West Street.
