The air rights on the property are limited, according to NY Yimby, which means that most of the structure will be boxed in. This also means that units will only be able to use the southern and western perspectives.

The project is scheduled to be completed in November 2015. The Corcoran Group’s Tamir Shemesh is handling sales.  [NY Yimby] – Claire Moses
