Second priciest this week is a $19.95 million townhouse at 13 Sutton Place in Midtown. Third on the pricey end is a $14.5 million townhouse at 21 East 37th Street in Murray Hill, also in the hands of broker Paula Del Nunzio. The 9,300-square-foot property boasts the original wooden door from its construction in 1894, as well as 13-foot ceilings, a marble, wood-burning fireplace and a music room.
The cheapest listing to hit Manhattan this week is a $194,900 two-bedroom co-op at 930 Saint Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights. The unit is outfitted with hardwood floors throughout, and has a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and stainless steel appliances. Second on the cheap side is a $195,000 restricted sale one-bedroom co-op at 541 West 133rd Street in West Harlem. Located in a fully-renovated prewar building between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue, the unit features 9-foot ceilings and a windowed kitchen, bathroom and entrance area. Last but not least, the third least expensive listing this week is a $219,000 studio co-op at 50 Park Terrace in Inwood.
