Revealed: renderings for Benmoha’s 338 West 15th Street

Revamping of townhouse slated to be finished by next year

Developer Jacob Benmoha is gearing up to revamp a multi-family townhouse residence at 338 West 15th Street, which C3D Architecture will design.

The residence, which is currently 3,068 square feet and stands four stories high, will be converted into one five-floor single-family residence, New York YIMBY reported. The space will be enlarged to a total of 5,959 square feet — roughly doubling the building’s size — and the façade will be changed from the existing brick to a modern two-toned design.
