New-age author and physician Deepak Chopra sold his penthouse condominium at the Park Imperial for $3.5 million to an undisclosed buyer.

Chopra owned the two-bedroom pad for 11 years. He originally paid $1.75 million, ultimately selling it for double. Super-broker Dolly Lenz represented Chopra in the deal.

The apartment first hit the market in 2012 for $3.6 million. Chopra bought a three-bedroom apartment at 66 East 11th Street in February, as previously reported. [NYDN]Mark Maurer
