A full-floor residence at One Madison has sold for $11.75 million. and was the priciest sale of the week.
The CetraRuddy-designed 60-story tower, located at 23 East 22nd Street, has recently seen several large deals, including by media mogul Rupert Murdoch, who paid $57 million for the building’s penthouse.
The new deal was for No. 39A, a four-bedroom, 3,310-square-foot unit, according to the New York Times.
Leslie Wilson, a senior vice president of Related and the sales director for One Madison, handled the deal. Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens brought the unidentified buyers. [NYT] —Christopher Cameron
