Property to hold 50 apartments, community space and retail

Brooklyn-based BRP Companies has offered a peek at its new 62,640-square-foot, 10-story mixed-use project in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The property at 27 Albany Avenue, near Fulton Street, will have 50 apartments, more than 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and roughly 8,600 square feet of space for a community facility. Montroy Andersen DeMarco’s Marvin Meltzer and Loci Architecture are both serving as architects on the project.

The site is expected to be ready by March 2015, according to Loci’s website as cited by New York YIMBY.

BRP also has a $225 million mixed-use project in the works at 93-01 Sutphin Boulevard at the corner of Archer Avenue in Jamaica, as previously reported. [New York YIMBY]Mark Maurer
