An architect who designed homes, hotels and a yacht for Manhattan socialite and noted mansion flipper Janna Bullock filed suit against her for alleged nonpayment.

Giancarlo Alhadeff, who is based in Milan and claims to have worked on projects for Bullock in Russia, France and the Netherlands, accused the socialite of owing him over $2 million for work he performed for her on a series of projects. According to the suit, the projects he undertook at her behest include designing the interiors for a 39-unit condominium in Moscow and a 50-meter yacht in the Netherlands named Tzarina.

The lawsuit marks the latest legal tangle for Bullock, who has been accused of money laundering, defrauding Cypriot banks and skipping loan payments on a pair of Upper East Side townhouses. She was also nearly kicked out of her Park Avenue penthouse last year for allegedly neglecting to pay $40,000 in common charges. [NYDN]Julie Strickland
