Renderings are out for the latest residential building in Long Island City’s Quickly Developing Court Square area, where Pearson Court Square is finished and Rockrose’s 43-25 Hunter Street attempts to become the tallest residential building in Queens.
Located across the street from the John F. Murray Playground, plans for the six-story development at 11-30 45th Street call for a clean and modern white-and-gray design. Raymond Chan is the architect of record and George Xu of Murry South LLC is developing the 24-unit residential building. The renderings come from Century Development Group, indicating the firm is behind the LLC, reports New York YIMBY.
The website also flags a discrepancy between the 39,000 square feet that the company’s website says the development will encompass, and the 22,488-square-foot scope laid out in an approved permit. [New York YIMBY] – Tom DiChristopher
