Singer-songwriter Bob Gaudio of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons fame has listed his two-bedroom co-op at the Emery Roth-designed San Remo on the Upper West Side for $5.95 million.

Wendy Sarasohn and Jamie Joseph of the Corcoran Group are handling the listing. The listing of the apartment at 145 Central Park West is appropriately timed with the recent release of Clint Eastwood’s film version of The Broadway hit, “Jersey Boys,” which tells the story of the famed singing group.

Gaudio and his wife Judy acquired the unit in 2007 for $3.7 million. Interior designer Frank DelleDonne then conceived of a new look for the pad.

In May, actress Demi Moore put her triplex co-op at the San Remo on the market for a whopping $75 million, as previously reported. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
