David Cone is switching bases.

The former Mets and Yankees pitcher — and current YES Network commentator — is selling his four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom, Upper East Side apartment for $6.495 million.

The five-time World Series winner bought the unit for $3.76 million in 2011.

The 2,350-square-feet apartment in the Lucida has a bedroom wing, a chef’s kitchen as well as ample space for kids. The building at 151 East 85th Street has a gym and an in-house spa.

In December, Cone checked out a full-floor apartment at the Charles, a condominium building on the Upper East Side. [NYP, 1st] – Claire Moses
