Top five home listings in Brooklyn, Queens to hit market in June

7,670-square-foot Park Slope townhouse is asking $13M

In June, a seven-bedroom townhouse in Park Slope was the most expensive listing to hit the market in Brooklyn, according to information provided by listings service Point2 Homes.

Douglas Elliman broker Alexander Maroni has the listing. The 7,670-square-foot property on 2nd Street is asking $13 million. It features eight fireplaces, four bathrooms and a glass solarium.

The second-priciest Brooklyn listing is for a two-story, two-family townhouse at 296 West End Avenue in Brighton Beach. Elliman broker Ariel Tirosh has the $8 million listing. The next priciest one is for a three-bedroom, 3,134-square-foot condominium at 90 Furman Street in Fulton Ferry asking $6.9 million, as listed by Carla Curcio of Toll Brothers.

Next, a four-bedroom condo at 185 Plymouth Street in Vinegar Hill is asking $4.4 million. Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Alan Heyman and Karen Heyman have the listing. The fifth-priciest is a two-story, single-family house at 2018 East 4th Street in Gravesend asking $4.2 million. Gabriel Mizrahi of Rutenberg Realty has the listing.

Meanwhile, over in Queens, a 5,700-square-foot, four-bedroom house at 4 Point Crescent in Malba was the priciest listing in June, according to Point2 Homes. Maria Carr of Douglas Elliman is listing it for $4.5 million.

No. 2 is a three-bedroom home at 120-125 140th Street in South Jamaica asking $3.6 million. The broker is Pedro Salas of Pedro Salas Realty. The next one is a two-story Colonial house at 193-16 Nero Ave in Holliswood asking $3.5 million, as listed by Radica Singh of Century 21. Then, there is a four-bedroom house with a marble fireplace at 145 Beach 145th Street in Neponsit. Lisa Jackson of Rockaway Properties is listing it.

Finally, a four-bedroom Tudor-style house at 7 Beverly Road in Douglaston Manor is on the market for $2.6 million, with Nikolaos Ziozis of Elliman serving as the broker.
