FIKA is opening up a new location at West 15th Street and Sixth Avenue.

The Swedish espresso and chocolate bar signed a 10-year lease at 555 Sixth Avenue, a 19,000-square-feet glass retail property built by Stonehenge Partners as a companion to the rental building at 101 West 15th Street.

FIKA joins fitness boutique BFX Studio, which already occupies 10,000 square feet at the location, according to a release from Stonehenge.

Andrew Mandell, Richard Skulnik and Jason Maurer of Ripco Real Estate represented Stonehenge in the deal and are marketing the remaining space at 555 Sixth Avenue. Two corner spaces — both about 3,000 square feet — are still available at the property, which runs from 15th to 16th street. — Claire Moses
