66 East 11th Street, the world’s first “WELL Certified” residences by Delos Living, is attracting celebrities – including A-list actors and spiritual advisers – to move in. The condo conversion, once home to a dress factory, features facilities that claim to “enrich the health of the people who live within them.” The building has five units, and two 3,600-square-foot three-bedrooms are already in contract since sales began in September. The buyers were reportedly Leonardo DiCaprio and Deepak Chopra, the New Age guru. At press time, four units remained on the market. Prices for those units range from $14 million for a 3,663-square-foot studio to $50 million for the four-bedroom duplex penthouse. The apartments come with a range of wellness amenities, including vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water, posture-supportive flooring, a kitchen herbarium and “dawn simulation provided by a proprietary circadian lighting design.” Contact www.66e11th.com.
