It looks like former model and Baby Phat designer Kimora Lee Simmons will be moving into a new home with her husband at 11 East 68th Street.

Tim Leissner, Simmons’ investment banker husband, bought a $19 million five-bedroom on the eighth floor of the Marquand, a 1913 Beaux-Arts Revival-style building.

The condo is 4,654 square feet. The building also includes a children’s playroom and a gym. The unit, which also has five-and-a-half bathrooms, has a private elevator landing.

Douglas Elliman’s Madeline Hult Elghanayan and Sabrina Saltiel had the listing. Eleonora Srugo, of Elliman’s Sroka Worldwide Team, was the buyer’s agent. [NYP, 1st] – Claire Moses
