Adam America, Horizon Group show off Brooklyn rental site

At 80,000 square feet, Williamsburg building to hold 118 apartments across five floors

Adam America and the Horizon Group unveiled a rendering of their new 118-unit rental building coming to South Williamsburg.

The 80,000-square-foot, five-story property at 180 Franklin Avenue, between Myrtle and Willoughby avenues, will hold no ground-floor retail because zoning does not allow for it, New York YIMBY reported. Construction began this week on the site, which is expected to be ready by 2016.
