Answers.com to move into 11 Times Square

The online company will lease 30,000 square feet on the 11th floor

UPDATED 9 a.m., July 16: Answers.com is the newest tenant at 11 Times Square.

The online company is moving into the 11th floor of the SJP Properties building, taking up 30,000 square feet of the 1.1 million-square-foot tower.

The deal comes after Moore Capital Management took 80,000 square feet on the top three floors.

Nicola Heyret and Stephen Bellwood of Cassidy Turley represented Answers in the deal.

SJP founder Steven J. Pozycki told the New York Post that 90 percent of the office space and 100 percent of the retail space is leased. Urbo, a 25,500 square-foot “four-cuisine” restaurant is opening up in the building next week.
