The mixed-use project is designed to encourage social interaction
A new mixed-use development in Antwerp, Belgium is making an unusual promise to residents: you’ll make friends.
The design concept behind the a space is intended to foster that social interaction among neighborhoods, according to Buzzbuzzhome.
Designed by C.F. Moller Architects and Brut Architecture and Urban Design, the apartments in the 24-story building are grouped into mini-communities with students, families and “live-work types” all mixed together. Each apartment also opens up onto a large communal balcony or garden. [Buzzbuzzhome] – Christopher Cameron
