Permits are up and the latest look is available at the new development at 470 Fourth Avenue in Brooklyn.
Aufgang Architects is designing the building. Adam America Real Estate Group, Slate Property Group and Naveh Shuster Limited bought the property for $20 million in February.
According to the application, the total scope of the structure will be 84,454 square feet and 105 residences. The development will include a 5,259-square-foot commercial component as well as 200 square feet for a community facility.
