Someone show her the money.

Renee Zellweger, the actress known for her roles in “Jerry Maguire,” “Bridget Jones’ Diary” and others, is listing her 38-acre Cotton Tavern for $1.6 million. The home is on the market for the second time in three years.

In 2011, the actress tried selling the property for $1.5 million.

The estate comes with open fields, woodlands and gardens. The main house was built in 1770 and is accompanied by a “recreation barn.” [NYDN] – Claire Moses
