Mickey Drexler, the chief executive officer of apparel retailer J. Crew, listed one of his Hamptons homes for $26.5 million.
The 2,500-square-foot beach house in Wainscott hit the market on Wednesday, the New York Daily News reported. Paul Brennan and Ronald White of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
Drexler bought the three-bedroom, two-bathroom mansion at 120 Beach Lane in 2008 for $17 million.
Drexler owns several other homes in the Hamptons, including a $30 million compound that once belonged to Andy Warhol and the $11.4 million Deep Hollow Ranch in Montauk. [NYDN] – Claire Moses
