Back in April, an ultra-modern Roger Ferris-designed home hit the market in Sag Harbor asking $13 million. That home has now sold with its furnishings over ask.

Built in 2012, the seven-bedroom rectangle features an attached guesthouse and a “leeward lap pool” that “aligns with the opening between building forms.”

Ferris describes the design as an attempt to “capture and frame spectacular water views.”

Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty had the listings. [Curbed] Christopher Cameron
