Three apartment buildings and one mixed-used building on Manhattan’s East Side have hit the market for $24 million.

EPIC Commercial Realty is exclusively marketing the properties — which together house 49 residential units — at 216 East 13th Street, 223 East 21st Street, 246-248 East 53rd StreetAnd 337 East 54th Street.

The building at 216 East 13th Street is a four-story walk-up. The nine-unit building is located between Second and Third avenues in the East Village, across the street from CBSK Ironstate’s new condominium development.

The property at 223 East 21st Street has a total of 12 units across a five-story residential building and a two-story carriage house with two additional units. The residential building at 337 East 54th Street includes seven units, six of which are one-bedroom apartments.

The only mixed-use property in the mix is located at 246-248 East 53rd Street. The building is made up of two retail units and 21 residential apartments. A coffee shop, a custom framing shop and a gallery currently occupy the retail space. — Claire Moses
