The two-story Lower East Side nightclub venue that formerly housed the short-lived Mystique Ultra Lounge and Bobby’s is on the market. Brokerage Ariel Property Advisors is marketing the retail property as a development site with more than 21,000 buildable square feet.

Sources told The Real Deal the site is expected to sell for as much as $15 million. A developer could construct a building as tall as 125 feet — or 10 extra stories on top of the existing two floors.

The 4,130-square-foot site has changed names repeatedly over the past three years – from Mystique to Chrystie 141 to Inga to Bobby’s to Red Heels to LES Sports Bar, according to BuzzBuzzHome.

The property between Delancey and Broome streets offers 11,678 square feet of air rights, the site reported. [BuzzBuzzHome]Mark Maurer
