Mayers told The Real Deal that Town’s marketing and support system played a big part in her decision to make the move.  In a statement, she noted that “Town has created a platform of fresh and innovative marketing tools that I am confident both my team and my clients will benefit from.”

Mayers is a long time resident of Gramercy Park and Murray Hill and mostly specializes in deals in those neighborhoods as well as Chelsea, the West Village and Flatiron.

The brokerage recently sued Douglas Elliman for allegedly engaging in unfair competition by poaching Nicole Oge, the firm’s former vice president of marketing.

Some other recent hires to the firm include Shlomi Reuveni, Ryan FitzpatrickLisa Meyer and Julia Miller.
