Quinlan, Lonicera to commence leasing of Boerum Hill rentals

Rents start at $2,525 per month for studios at 267 Pacific Street

Quinlan Development Partners and Lonicera Partners plan to launch leasing on Monday at their 60-unit rental project in Boerum Hill, according to a spokesperson for the development.

Architecture firm GF55 Partners was tapped to design the seven-story property at 267 Pacific Street near Smith Street. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling marketing and leasing.

Rent prices are set to start at $2,525 for studios, $3,350 for one-bedrooms and $4,850 for two-bedrooms. The five penthouses feature private terraces.

In 2012, the developers shelled out $6.2 million for a warehouse at 259 Pacific Street to construct the rental project. When completed, the building will have basement parking, retail on the ground level and a rooftop terrace. — Mark Maurer
