Four condos at Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pierhouse top the list

In August, a four-bedroom Pierhouse condominium at Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn Heights was the most expensive listing to hit the market in the borough, according to information provided by listings service Point2 Homes.

The 3,062-square-foot unit, S101 at 130 Furman Street is asking $6 million. Carla Curcio of Toll Brothers Real Estate has the listing.

The second-priciest Brooklyn listing is also a Pierhouse unit at the same address. The three-bedroom condo, unit no. S105, spans 2,227 square feet and is asking $4.3 million. Curcio has this listing as well.

The next priciest one is for a four-bedroom condo at 20 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights. The unit has 10-foot-high ceilings and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Alan and Karen Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing, which is priced at $3.99 million.

The fourth and fifth priciest Brooklyn listings are at the Pierhouse, at 90 Furman Street, for $3.3 million and $3.25 million, respectively. Curcio has both listings. Both – units N808 and N607 – are two-bedrooms and span about 1,800 square feet.

Meanwhile, over in Queens, a five-bedroom European villa at 184-15 Hovendon Road in Jamaica was listed for $3.5 million. Edie Esposito and Donna Rubertone of Sotheby’s have the listing. The 6,500-square-foot home sits on one-third of an acre.

No. 2 is a four-bedroom, 4,050-square-foot house with a two-car garage at 110-02 68th Drive in Forest Hills. Boris Mikhailov of Dom Realty is representing the seller, who is asking $2.99 million.

The next one is a five-bedroom house at 252-09 Thornhill Avenue in Little Neck asking $2.9 million. Toula Polios Realty Group LLC has the listing.

Then, there is a six-bedroom house at 26-26 14th Street in Astoria asking $2.7 million. Marie and Lawrence Germano of Global Alliance Realty have the listing.

Lastly, a five-bedroom Spanish Colonial house at 82-70 Beverly Road in Forest Hills is on the market for $2.4 million. Robert Hof of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
