The Chetrit Group and Clipper Equity’s 123 on the Park development on the border of Prospect Park South and Flatbush is now 50 percent leased after nearly three months on the market, according to a release.

The 119-unit building at 123 Parkside Avenue, the site of the former Caledonian Hospital Center, features apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms. Prices start at $2,250 for a studio, $2,300 for a one-bedroom and $3,300 for a two-bedroom. Amenities included a shared roof deck, yoga studio and gaming lounge.

Aptsandlofts.com has been handling leasing.

Chetrit bought the site for $15.6 million in 2007 in a bankruptcy restructuring of Brooklyn Hospital Center, as previously reported. — Mark Maurer
