Jake Dell, co-owner of the world-famous Katz’s Deli, just snagged a two-bedroom co-op at 808 Broadway for $1,899,000, 6sqft reported.  The Greenwich Village pad comes with Brazilian Cherry herringbone wood floors, marble baths and a private balcony, according to the blog.

The Bowery Boogie broke the news last week that Katz’s Deli had sold its air rights. Though many question marks are hovering over the transaction, Dell told the blog the deli will not close for a single day. [6sqft]Tom DiChristopher
