Jimmy Fallon, host of the “Tonight Show,” now owns five units in his apartment building at 34 Gramercy Park East.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Fallon — together with his wife Nancy — bought a top-floor studio in the building for $725,000. In April, Fallon bought a $1.35 million four-bedroom next door to the studio.
Fallon is reportedly planning to use his new unit as an office.
Fallon also owns a seventh-floor apartment in the building, which he bought in 2002. In 2004, the talk show host bought a $1.5 million apartment on the same floor and combined the two units. In 2010, Fallon bought an eighth-floor unit for $1.35 million. [WSJ] — Claire Moses
