Sales launch at HFZ’s Tribeca condo 11 Beach Street

Five-bedroom pad asking $7.8M among the first to hit the market

Developer Ziel Feldman’s HFZ Capital Group kicked off sales today for the 10-story Tribeca condo building at 11 Beach Street.

Prices start at $4.5 million for the 27 apartments. The first three condos to hit the market are a five-bedroom, 3,844-square-foot unit asking $7.75 million; a four-bedroom, 3,191-square-foot unit asking $6.65 million and a three-bedroom, 2,361-square-foot unit asking $5.3 million.

The Douglas Elliman teams of Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes, and Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis are handling sales. BKSK served as the architect, while Thomas Juul-Hansen is handling interior design. Renderings were unveiled in June. The building is set to open by early 2016. — Mark Maurer
